PICKING YOUR PHOTO:
- High quality photos (300 dpi) result in the best outcomes
- Please do not send screenshots of images. The quality is too low to etch nicely.  We recommend images with high resolution, high contrast and good lighting. Photo etching results will vary from order to order based on the quality of the image provided. We will reach out to you if there are any issues or questions regarding your photo.

We are unable to send mock ups of how a photo will etch onto glass due to the etching file process.

Orders typically ship 1 week after purchase, but may come sooner. Rush orders are available upon request, for an additional fee.
